Camperdown Cruise2008

The Camperdown Rod Run was conceived by Arthur in 2008, it was the first of it's kind, and it was thought that
Camperdown would be an ideal destination.

The township with its Historic buildings and history centred in the south west of Victoria surrounded by volcanic maars and lakes,
this initial run was deemed a success with pleanty of accommodation available and short distance from the
Great Ocean Rd and the 12 Apostles ect.

Local trades people and others made many donations to the weekend and although the run was very simple in concept,
it managed to raise $2065 for the local Hospital Midwifery Ward.
